Meet Logical End-time Bible Prophecy
Here are some questions that we hope will help folks understand a little better where we are coming from when we speak of “logical” end-time Bible prophecy.
1. What are the proofs that Christ, and not Antichrist, is the divinely-intended covenant -maker of Daniel 9:27?
(Please see our books for a concise and
thorough presentation of the compelling evidence here.)
2. What are the logical implications of Christ being the divinely-intended covenant maker of Daniel’s seventieth week?
(It means that Antichrist is NOT the covenant-maker. And, if this is so, then the entire modern dispensational system is an air castle built on sand that logically comes crashing to the ground. Of logical consequence, those who believed it are deceived about the coming end-time.)
3. Why does it seem so hard for modern dispensational premillennialists to accept the scriptural and historical proofs that Christ is the covenant-maker of Daniel 9:27?
(Because of traditionalism, and because some years ago Sir Robert Anderson’s
precision-quality solution to the chronology of Daniel’s sixty-nine weeks was
mistakenly equated with biblical fundamentalism. In order to get to the bottom
of this prejudicial mind set we have to go back to the drawing boards and
understand the technical academic fallacies in SRA’s influential theory.)
4. What does the picture of end-time Bible prophecy look like from the adoption of a thoroughly Christological perspective on Daniel’s prophecy of the Seventy Weeks?
(That is the discovery that we are making now, as, over time, we logically pursue the intellectual restructuring process.)
