The Biblical Demise Of The Darbyite New World Order Scam
The Bible does not teach that the world
will flow together into one-world church and a one-world government at the
end-time, but rather, that it will fall apart.
Friends, the true biblical end-time scenario is that of the
ten horns hating the whore and burning her with fire (Revelation 17:16-17), and
that happens "up-front" as the introductory event in the opening up of the day
of the Lord (Matthew 24:37-39; II Peter 3:10).
No future seven years. No secret rapture beforehand. No
restored old Testament Davidic monarchy afterward. No rebuilt temple in
Jerusalem. No career of personal Antichrist making and breaking a covenant with
the Jews. None of these popular expectations--absolutely none of those "fruitful
imaginations"--dispensational theorists have painted as "end-time" events.
Rather, a massive, sudden and unexpected judgment of fire on
that deceived society identified in prophecy as the Roman Babylon.
Our nation--much like the ancient Roman Empire that went past
the zenith of its kingdom glory and power unto its determined historical
demise--is now entering the throes of internal collapse. Unless we repent of our
sin and wickedness, it remains only for our external enemies to do us in. God
help us get unblindfolded, see it coming, and wake up!
The grand fact of the broad sweep of history is that empires rise and empires fall. We are an empire. We have risen in time. We will fall in time as well.
Let not our trust and absorbing preoccupation, then, be in any this-worldly empire of which we are a part, but in the kingdom of the living God, which transcends and trumps all other empires, and will last forever. Amen.
